Does your company do contract work for the Department of Defense (DoD)? Then you should know that DoD contracts require vendors to invoice the government electronically, primarily using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

This seminar will be conducted in a computer lab which will give each attendee an opportunity for hands-on practice using DoD's WAWF training site.

The DoD's WAWF site allows vendors to electronically submit invoices, receive reports and allows Government inspectors to accept contracted goods and services. WAWF provides the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) details needed to process all invoices electronically for payment. This seminar will cover the current DoD supplier requirements/mandates for WAWF. Also discussed will be Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).

Cost: The WAWF seminar is currently free as part of a DoD initiative to provide this training to its supplier base in cooperation with the Business Procurement Assistance Center. Although this event is free, registration is required.
